About this notice
Spanda Sadhana is operated by Kiran Gudipati. This notice covers this public parent website and the related private administration workspace, SpandaSadhana Manage / Content Studio. The Soundarya Lahari, Shivananda Lahari and Devi Mahatmyam collections run independently; review the information provided on each collection when using its accounts or features.
Visiting the public website
You can browse this homepage without an account. This version does not include advertising, an analytics tracker, a registration form or an AI chat service. Its animation does not store a visitor profile. Firebase Hosting processes technical information, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect the service. See Firebase’s privacy and security information for its handling and retention of service data.
Google sign-in for the private workspace
The private workspace is limited to the Owner and authorized Administrators. Google and Firebase Authentication verify identity. Authentication may process your basic Google profile, email address, account identifier and technical sign-in information. The workspace uses your verified email and stable user identifier to enforce access, and essential session cookies to keep you signed in. It does not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail inbox, Google Drive or contacts through this sign-in.
Workspace content and records
When an authorized administrator uses Content Studio, it stores submitted sources, prepared content, review decisions and related activity records needed to operate the workspace. Access assignments and permissions are recorded for administration and security. Public homepage visitors do not receive access to these records. Signing into the workspace does not grant membership in a collection.
Contacting us and your choices
If you email us, your address and message are used to respond and handle your request. Contact kiran.spandasadhana@gmail.com to ask about information associated with you, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting on an account request. Sign out of the workspace to end your session.
Retention and service providers
Workspace account and content records remain until removed through administration; this version does not provide automatic age-based deletion of those records. Backups may retain earlier copies during recovery retention. Contact us for a review of a specific record and its backups. Google/Firebase process information needed for hosting and authentication under their own service terms and privacy documentation. See also Google’s Privacy Policy.
